Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This personal data processing policy has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and establishes the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to protect it by Natalia Alekseevna Vishnyakova (the “Operator”).

1.2. The Operator’s primary objective is to respect human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the right to privacy and personal and family confidentiality.

1.3. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to https://mediator.partners.

2. Key terms

2.1. Website means the collection of graphic and informational materials, software and databases available online at https://mediator.partners.

2.2. User means any visitor to https://mediator.partners.

2.3. Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable Website User.

2.4. Personal data processing means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means, including collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.

3. Personal data processed and purposes of processing

3.1. The User’s personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • Providing consultations, handling incoming enquiries and organising feedback;
  • Analysing Website traffic, evaluating service performance and improving the Website.

3.2. The Operator may process the following personal data:

  • Name;
  • Telephone number;
  • Email address;
  • Other information voluntarily provided through contact forms.

3.3. The Website may also collect and process anonymised visitor data, including cookies, IP addresses, device, screen resolution and browser information, through web analytics services such as Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and Plausible Analytics.

4. Legal grounds for processing

4.1. The Operator processes personal data only when the User independently completes and/or submits it through forms available on the Website. By completing and/or submitting a form, the User consents to this Policy.

4.2. Anonymised data, including cookies, is processed where permitted by the User’s browser settings.

5. Collection, storage and cross-border transfer

5.1. Personal data is protected through the legal, organisational and technical measures required by Russian personal data law.

5.2. Personal data will not be transferred to third parties except where required by applicable law.

5.3. Where foreign analytics services are used, anonymised data may be transferred to other countries. Before any cross-border transfer, the Operator takes the measures required to ensure confidentiality and security under applicable law.

5.4. Personal data is processed until the purposes for which it was collected have been achieved. The User may withdraw consent at any time by emailing help@mediator.partners with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.

6. Final provisions

6.2. This document reflects all amendments to the Policy and remains in force until replaced by a new version.
